As most people are currently and painfully aware, income is down and the cost of living is up. This is unfortunately combined with the fact that as a society many are overextended and living beyond their means. Though we’ve known for some time now that we "should" be scaling back our expenses and not getting in over our heads in regard to buying items on credit, it’s taken the harshness of this economy for alot of us to accept this. Since many people just don’t know how to reduce their costs and save money SimpliSave was created.
I’m a stay-at-home-mom in a family of four with one income; I’ve had to find creative and ingenious ways to save money. Necessity is the mother of invention and in this difficult economy I’ve had to intensify my efforts to cut costs even further. I’ve discovered and used numerous strategies to save our family money each month, reduce our bills and find ways to do more with less income. There are many money-saving ideas to be found out there, but so many of them are complicated, extreme and often mean a significantly reduced standard of living.
As a former Professional Organizer with over a decade of experience helping people organize their homes and simplify their lives I now use those same skills to help people reduce their expenses and save money. I teach simple strategies; many that take almost no time at all and can decrease your expenses while still maintaining a decent standard of living. You won’t be dumpster diving, trying to figure out complicated schemes or eating lima beans for dinner every night.
